As we pause for the National Day of Reflection on Tuesday 23rd March, our thoughts and support are with everyone in our community who has lost a loved one during the past year.
Organised by end of life charity Marie Curie, the day will take place on the anniversary of the UK going into the first national lockdown.
St Christopher’s Place will be backing the day alongside a whole host of organisations, MPs, and celebrities, and raising awareness of the importance of reflecting, reconnecting and celebrating those no longer with us.
Marie Curie estimates that over three million people have been bereaved since the pandemic began, yet many have been unable to properly say goodbye to loved ones. So, whether it’s taking a minute’s silence to reflect at 12 noon or reconnecting with someone going through a hard time. It will mean more than you know.
