St Christopher's Place has raised the ‘steaks’ as Flat Iron has joined the exciting restaurant line-up on James Street!
The expert steakhouse founded by self-taught butcher Charlie Carroll has built a cult following with their unwavering commitment to serving the best possible steak, and bring this same ethos to their newest restaurant.
Alongside their signature 'Flat Iron' steaks, which are taken from the often-underused feather blade of the animal and known for their exceptional flavour and tenderness, they’re serving up two new specials.
Including a Wagyu beef burger with two patties of grass-fed British Wagyu, topped with melted cheese, pickles, onions & homemade truffle mayo and a tender ribeye, selected primarily from Angus cattle reared on small farms in Ayrshire.
And the brand new and indulgent crispy bone marrow garlic mash, which will join their range of much-loved sides, from beef dripping chips to veggie favourites like roast aubergine with tomato and basil.
Founder, Charlie, couldn’t be happier with the new store location: “James Street is a really exciting move for us, especially in such a challenging time. Our mindset hasn’t wavered since we started as a pop-up; great steak for everyone, unparalleled quality and doing a small number of things really well. We’re really happy to be bringing this to St Christopher's Place.”
So, if you're a meat lover on a mission to find the best steak in London, look no further than Flat Iron in St Christopher's Place.
