The aptly-named bao special is available to eat in-restaurant only at Bone Daddies St Christopher’s Place from 4th until 31st July.
Full of Japan-meets-Philadelphia style flavours, the fluffy bun is packed with: rib eye beef with provolone, white onions, red pickled onions, carrot pickle, Korean mayo, Passyunk Avenue's homemade Cheez Whiz and Bone Daddies cock scratchings.
